Responsibilities:

- Assisting the events team in planning and executing diverse events.
- Managing logistics including venue set-up, catering, registration, and attendee management.
- Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for event conceptualization.
- Interacting with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences.
- Performing administrative tasks such as updating databases, preparing reports, and maintaining event records.
- Supporting a seamless event experience for guests through effective problem-solving and coordination.

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Event Management, Hospitality, Communication, or a relevant field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to handle stress and stay focused under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
