Job Advertisement: French Teaching Assistant
We are currently in search of a proficient French Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at our internationally recognized language school located in the heart of Alicante, Spain. This is a unique opportunity to create a lasting impact in the lives of our students while experiencing the beautiful coastal city of Alicancante.
Functional Duties:
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Assisting teaching staff in planning, preparing and delivering outstanding French language lessons.
- Facilitating group sessions and individual learning activities.
- Grading homework and providing feedback to students.
- Monitoring student progress and providing ongoing constructive feedback.
- Performing administrative tasks related to classes such as taking attendance, updating records, etc.
- Providing support to students outside of the classroom, during activities and excursions.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of teaching materials and courses.
Job requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in French Language, Education, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is desired.
- Advanced proficiency in French language.
- Good knowledge of the English language for smooth communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
