About the Role

As an English teaching assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our lead teacher while ensuring a collaborative and engaging learning environment. Your primary tasks will surround:

- Supporting the lesson planning and teaching English for levels ranging from beginners to advanced students.
- Organizing and participating in extra-curricular activities and language immersion experiences.
- Providing feedback for continuous student development and managing classroom dynamics.
- Engaging one-on-one with students who need extra assistance.
- Assisting in resource and curriculum development.

Job Requirements

Applicants for this position should meet the following criteria:

- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, English, Languages, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Teaching certification such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and adaptability in various teaching environments.
