Tasks Description

-Assisting the lead language teacher in the planning and delivery of engaging, innovative, and productive learning experiences.
-Implementing well-structured language learning activities that encourage student engagement and progress.
-Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of student progress, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas that require further development.
-Maintaining a well-disciplined and motivated classroom environment, promoting appropriate behavior and respect for others.
-Assisting in the creation of a nurturing, stimulating learning environment which supports the individual needs of the students.
-Participating in team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies to enhance teaching and learning.
-Enforcing all administration duties such as keeping accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Job Requirements

-The successful candidate must hold a degree or qualification in Teaching, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
-Prior experience as a German Teaching Assistant or similar role would be considered an asset.
-The candidate needs to have a solid understanding of the German language and culture.
-A native level fluency in German, and high level proficiency in English or Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus.
