Job Description

The Spanish Teaching Assistant will play a critical role in helping our students achieve their language goals. The successful candidate will assist our lead Spanish instructors in developing lesson plans, creating engaging classroom activities, and evaluating student progress. Additionally, the assistant will offer tutoring support for students who may require extra help, engage with students during cultural events, and provide feedback to the lead teacher on student's progress and participation.

Job Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, with a bachelor's degree in Language Education or a related field. Previous experience as a language teaching assistant or similar role would be a distinct advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a culturally-sensitive outlook are a must.
