Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Education/Teaching Assistant to join us on our journey of shaping young minds. Your role will primarily involve supporting our teaching staff in facilitating an active learning environment and assisting in the development and implementation of educational plans and classroom activities. Other responsibilities include:

• Providing one-to-one attention to students requiring additional assistance
• Assisting teachers in managing student behaviour and maintaining discipline
• Contributing to lesson planning and preparation of teaching resources
• Helping create a vibrant, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Participating in school events and activities
• Maintaining up-to-date records of students' progress and participation

Job Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Education or a related field
• Proof of eligibility to work in Spain
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish- speaking, reading, and writing
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanour
