Job Description

• Assisting the lead teacher in planning, developing and delivering educational programs.
• Supporting students with their learning and development, including those with special educational needs.
• Helping to manage students' behavior in the classroom and on school premises.
• Preparing class supplies and setting up educational materials.
• Participating in parent-teacher meetings and contributing to student evaluations.
• Performing basic administrative tasks such as taking attendance, grading assignments, and inputting scores.
• Ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Experience in working as an Education Assistant or similar position desired.
• Exceptional understanding of teaching methods and educational procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English.
• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Alicante, Spain.
• Committed to promoting the values of diversity and inclusion within the classroom.
• A clear criminal record check.
• Familiarity with basic computing skills.
