Description of Responsibilities

The Wedding Planning Intern will assist in various stages of planning a wedding, right from the initial consultation to the big day. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with vendor selection and management
• Supporting the creation and management of timelines and checklists
• Assistance in design concepts and décor selection
• Helping with client meetings and correspondence
• Assisting during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly

Job Requirements

Candidates should be enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Hospitality, Management, Marketing, Communications or related program. Acquired knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. The position requires being fluent in Slovak and good level of English language. A driver's license is beneficial.

Personal Requirements

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual with a positive outlook who works well under pressure. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be team-oriented and display a high level of professionalism. An interest in weddings, design, and fashion is highly appreciated.
