Job Description - Reception / Reservations Intern

We are currently seeking a motivated and highly professional individual for a Reception/Reservations Internship position at our Bratislava office. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in an international and interdisciplinary team in one of Europe's most dynamic cities.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Handling guest reservations and inquiries and ensuring that they are processed efficiently and promptly.
• Providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, answering questions, and resolving complaints.
• Maintaining an updated knowledge of room rates, packages, and promotions.
• Working closely with team members from various departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Participating in regular training sessions and team meetings.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in hospitality, tourism, administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector would be an advantage, but not mandatory as proper training will be provided.
