Job Description

The Management Intern will be responsible for assisting management in various business operations. The successful candidate would work collaboratively with our passionate team to coordinate and execute projects, perform research for strategic initiatives and participate in ongoing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with diverse business processes such as strategic planning, performance monitoring and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
• Contribute to research efforts and data analysis for business projects.
• Participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Management team.

Skills and Qualifications

• A current student or recent graduate in Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Rigorous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Able to take the initiative and work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in MS office applications and comfortable with data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Serbian and English.
