Internship Opportunity in Events Management in Bucharest, Romania
Our well-established company, renowned globally for creating and executing innovative and transformative events, seeks to supplement our dynamic team in Bucharest, Romania with an Event Management Intern.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, creation, and coordination of various events, ranging from corporate meetings and trade shows to social gatherings and large-scale conferences.
- Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
- Track event key performance areas and identify items to improve for future events.
- Assist in managing all project elements within time limits and budgets.
- Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a related BS or Masters degree.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Passion for the event industry and its best practices.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
