Our collaborator is a leading consulting firm dedicated to assisting companies in finding the right talent. They specialize in providing comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process, managing complexities associated with international hiring, work permits, visas, and language integration. Their mission is to facilitate a seamless transition for foreign workers, aligning their skills and expertise with their clients' organizational values and customer service goals.

Tasks

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts by participating in the candidate screening and interview process.
• Aid in employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Assist in managing HR documentation and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR processes and practices.
• Native- level Romanian 
• Intermediate English
• Minimum availability- 2 months.
