Job Description
The successful intern will be required to handle a variety of activities including but not limited to:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of events
- Conducting research on potential venues, suppliers, and vendors
- Assisting in the preparation of event-related documents and materials
- Participation in on-site event management, ensuring the smooth operation of various activities
- Assist in post-event reviews and summaries for future improvement
Job Requirements
Qualifications and experience necessary for the position include:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Communication, or closely related fields
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English
