We are an internationally recognized company with a branch located in charming Viseu, Portugal, searching for a dynamic and proactive Event Intern. This unique opportunity will offer a hands-on experience in the planning and execution of a variety of events and ensure our clients receive the top-notch experience associated with our brand.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various types of events
• Cooperate closely with the marketing, sales, and logistical teams
• Track event key performance areas and identify items to optimize for future events
• Manage event set up, tear down, and follow-ups
• Maintain events’ budgets and ensure adherence
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process

Job Requirements

• Studying towards or completed degree in Public Relations, Communication, Hospitality or a related field
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Familiarity with event registration software
• Possession of problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously
