Job Description

The Event Management Intern will be actively involved in all aspects of event planning from concept development to execution. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in planning, designing, and producing events while managing all project delivery elements within strict deadlines.
• Liaising with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conducting market research, gathering information, and negotiating contracts prior to closing any deals.
• Providing feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
• Proposing ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
• Cooperating with marketing and PR to promote and publicize events.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates should:

• Be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Event Management or related fields.
• Have excellent time management and communication skills.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and with customers.
• Be proficient in MS Office.
• Have a valid work permit for Portugal.
