Internship Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic events team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to festive celebrations. Your primary tasks will include:

• Assisting in the coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Supporting marketing efforts through social media management and promotional material creation.
• Conducting research to identify potential vendors, sponsors, and partnerships.
• Participating in on-site event management and customer service activities during events.
• Gathering feedback post-event to evaluate success and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic graphic design software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event activities.
