About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated French Teaching Assistant to join our professional team of educators. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide assistance to our French Language teachers in their daily tasks and activities to ensure an engaging and conducive learning environment for all students.

Tasks

Assist the teacher in planning lessons and preparing teaching materials
Helping teach the French language according to the approved curriculum
Supporting in assessing students’ performance
Proactively identifying students' needs and communicating with teachers accordingly
Maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring the safety and welfare of students
Organizing and participating in school events and extracurricular activities

Requirements

Fluent in French (native speaker or C2 level is a must) and proficient in English or Portuguese
Possession of a university degree, preferably in education or language studies
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a language school
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dynamic, flexible, and creative individual
