Job Description & Responsibilities

As an Events Coordinator intern, you will be involved in various aspects of event planning and execution. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the planning and organizing of a variety of events
• Coordinating event logistics, including attendee registration, vendor and sponsor coordination
• Providing support on event day, ensuring a smooth operation
• Working with the team to onboard new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Helping to create and update event databases and promotional materials

Job Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you should be a degree-seeking student majoring in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. You must have excellent written and oral communication skills, in both Portuguese and English. Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is key. Knowledge of event planning and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences are vital.
