Internship Position: Project Management Intern

As an intern in our Project Management team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of impactful projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the NGO sector while contributing to meaningful change.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct research on relevant social issues and best practices in project management.
  • Support the team in organizing workshops, events, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain effective communication with partners.
  • Gather and analyze data to assess project impact and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Help in preparing grant proposals and funding applications.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
