Role Description

As part of the Reception / Reservations team, your primary purpose will be to create a welcoming environment for our clients. Principal tasks include:

- Managing front desk activities including guest check-in/check-out procedures and handling customer complaints
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handling reservations via phone, email, or face to face efficiently and accurately
- Anticipating guest needs to enhance client satisfaction
- Assisting with the resolution of billing and invoice queries
- Maintaining client records and room availability using the reservation system.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages will be a plus
- Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
