Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in everyday activities and client meetings.
- Perform market research to identify opportunities and competition.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve their issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and document customer interaction in the CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings and sales training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
