Job Responsibilities

• Support HR team in day-to-day operations.
• Assist in managing and updating HR databases, employment records, and employee profiles.
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
• Shadow our HR team during hiring processes, including recruitment, interviews, feedback, and onboarding.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal communications.
• Provide administrative support to HR executives and managers, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Portuguese will be considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
