Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Lead Teacher in the preparation and execution of lessons, ensuring a functional and interactive learning environment.
- Guiding students in their practice of English skills in various contexts ranging from communication, pronunciation, grammar to reading comprehension.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback. Participating in the creation of progress reports.
- Contributing to curriculum development and materials selection. Assisting in executing extracurricular activities to enhance language immersion.
- Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere that respects and values diversity.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. TEFL certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role in the educational sector. Experience in a language school is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken with a clear, neutral accent.
- Strong understanding of creative learning strategies and problem-solving skills.
