Job Description:

We are in search of a passionate and dedicated English Teaching Assistant to join our diverse team of educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teachers in planning and delivering high-quality English lessons. This role also involves assisting in assessing student progress, providing individual assistance to students as needed and maintaining an educational and supportive learning environment. Other duties include developing teaching materials and resources, helping students build their vocabulary, and enhancing their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. Prior experience in teaching English as a second language is highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and a basic understanding of Portuguese is required. Familiarity with various teaching resources and techniques is beneficial. Furthermore, the applicant must possess patience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for language and education.
