Job Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated, passionate, and motivated Educational / Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in delivering quality education, supporting the classroom teacher, and fostering an optimal learning environment.

Tasks Description

  • Assisting the lead teacher in the planning and implementation of daily lessons and classroom activities.
  • Providing individualized instruction to students, based on the teacher's lesson plans.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean learning environment for students.
  • Observing student progress, and providing feedback to parents and teachers.
  • Engaging with students, inspiring them to participate actively in learning processes.
  • Helping with administrative duties such as preparing teaching materials and maintaining student records.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and educational systems.
  • Ability to work well with children and adults.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is obligatory.
