Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic English Teaching Assistant to join our family of educators. The candidate will support the lead teacher in planning and executing dynamic, engaging English lessons, and evaluating student progress. Tasks and Responsibilities

- Support lead teachers in preparing lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Conduct small group and individual classroom activities based on lessons introduced by the lead teacher.
- Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students.
- Meet with parents or guardians on a regular basis to discuss their children's progress.
- Contribute to a pleasant learning environment with effective classroom management skills.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in English or Education, preferably with TESOL/TEFL certification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required. Knowledge of Portuguese would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and capable of working in a team.
- Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
