Paid remote sales and marketing internship in an international recruitment agency

Job Description

Our collaborator specializes in the recruitment of international students for universities across Europe. They are committed to creating opportunities for students to excel in their academic and professional journeys. As they expand their efforts, they are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Assistant to join the team for a 6-month paid internship.

Tasks

As a Business Development Assistant you will play a crucial role in growth strategy. Key Responsibilities include:

• Digital Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to promote services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
• Sales: Engage with potential clients to sell services and achieve sales targets.
• Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the education sector.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities, and provide insights to improve strategies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Able to provide a training agreement from your educational institution.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
