Position: Event Management Internship

We are currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented Event Management Intern to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This position presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on major events and with leading brands in a vibrant city that is a blend of tradition and modernity, known for its rich history, culture, and warm hospitality.

Job Responsibilities

- Assisting in the coordination of all aspects of event planning and management, including liaising with vendors, managing guest lists, organizing event schedules, and working on site at events.
- Communicating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all details are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conducting research on potential venues, vendors, and emerging trends in the event management industry.
- Tracking event key performance areas and identifying items to work on for future events.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business or related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving abilities, with a can-do attitude and keen eye for detail.
- A love of and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other event management technologies.
