Job Description

The aspiring intern will be responsible for administrative tasks, planning, coordination, and onsite execution of events. Responsibilities also include assisting in budgeting and scheduling, liaising with vendors, managing guest lists, overseeing event promotions, and evaluating event performances post-event. The intern will work closely with our team to ensure successful execution of events.

Personal and Job Requirements

Candidates should be pursuing a degree in events management, communication, marketing, or a related field. A background in the planning and coordination of events (academic, professional, or volunteer basis) would be advantageous. In addition, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and proficiency in both English and Portuguese are required. The intern must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
