Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to enter the dynamic world of event management. As an Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Event Managers to deliver first-class events from inception to completion. Main responsibilities include:

- Assist in planning, designing and implementing events
- Coordinate logistics like venue selection, setup, and teardown
- Help managing event registration, including guest invitations and follow-ups
- Conduct market research to identify event opportunities
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with on-site event management ensuring smooth event execution

Job Requirements:

- Studying towards a degree in Event Management or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with outstanding organizational abilities
- Flexible team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of event management software is a plus
- Availability to travel as needed, sometimes on weekends and evenings
