Job Responsibilities

• Assist lead German language teacher in conducting classes and preparing lesson plans
• Facilitate interactive learning activities to enhance students' German spoken and written skills
• Provide individual assistance to students facing difficulties in learning German
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Assist in developing and implementing effective teaching strategies
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events

Job Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in German
• A bachelor's degree in German, education or a relevant field
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or similar role would be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Capable of adapting to different student levels and learning styles
