We are currently seeking a qualified Spanish Teaching Assistant to join our international team of language educators.
Job Description
The successful candidate will mainly be assisting in conducting lessons in Spanish to various student levels. The range of responsibilities include:
- Supporting lead teachers in setting and managing classroom activities.
- Contributing to lesson planning and preparation.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Assisting in creating teaching aids and learning materials.
- Ensuring a conducive and inclusive learning environment for our students.
- Adhering to school policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Ideal applicants should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Spanish, Linguistics, Education, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a language school setting.
- Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written. Additional language skills, particularly in Portuguese, will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as required.
