Job Description

The school is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Education/Teaching Assistant for a full-time position. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide a high standard of support to our students both in and out of the classroom, thus contributing to the creation of a stimulating and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support teaching staff in planning and organizing activities and materials.
Assist students in completing tasks and assignments, providing additional instruction as needed.
Help manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support student learning and wellbeing.
Contribute to school-wide events and initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field.
Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different working styles.
