Job Description

The Reception / Reservations Intern will be responsible for managing reception area activities, greeting and directing guests, answering and responding to telephone and in-person inquiries to the organization. Assist in the management of reservations, scheduling of meetings, logistics coordination, managing deliveries, and providing superior customer services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in reception management, reservations, customer service, team collaboration, and related administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be a student or a recent graduate in Hospitality, Administration or equivalent. Prior experience in a customer service role would be an added advantage. Proficiency in Portuguese, as well as English, written and verbal, is essential. The individual should have excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. A thorough understanding of MS Office tools is expected.
