We are currently looking for a committed, dynamic, and self-driven intern to join our Reception / Reservations team.

Job Description

As a Reception / Reservations Intern, you will be playing a key role in ensuring efficient and smooth operations at the reception desk whilst providing an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage both online and phone reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments in our reservation system.
- Assist guests upon arrival, check-in, check-out, and help with any inquiries or services during their stay.
- Collaborate with our team to better organize and manage room availability.
- Interact with departments to ensure guest requests or queries are communicated and handled efficiently.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who is professional, enthusiastic, and has a strong desire to learn. Key requirements include:

- Studying towards or recently completed a Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive approach.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
