Job Description

The successful intern will be responsible for an array of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Assisting in planning, execution, and wrapping up key events
- Facilitating communication between event organizers, clients, and suppliers
- Helping in the creation of proposals and presentations
- Supporting administrative tasks associated with event management
- Contributing to event marketing and promotion efforts

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates should possess:

- A keen interest in event management and coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
