Job Description

The customer service intern will be responsible for championing front-line customer communication, assisting our customer service team, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention efforts. Job Responsibilities

Job & Personal Requirements

- An undergraduate, pursuing a degree in business administration, communication, or a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
- High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle stressed or difficult clients with grace
- Previous experience in customer service preferred but not essential
