Position: Customer Service Internship
Location: Guimaraes, Portugal
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day tasks in the customer service department.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email and social media platforms.
- Treating all customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues using the computer system.
- Recognizing, documenting and alerting the management team of trends in customer service.
- Recommending process improvements.
- Staying updated with product knowledge to provide appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or just graduated from a Degree in Business, Communications or in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
