Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated French Teaching Assistant to join our talented team. The main responsibilities will be:

- Assisting main language teachers during French classes for various levels from beginners to advanced
- Helping to plan, prepare and deliver high quality French classes that meet the needs of diverse student groups
- Contributing to the development and improvement of teaching resources
- Performing administrative tasks associated with teaching, including maintaining student records, tracking attendance, and regular communication with parents
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities as required

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

- Be fluent in French and English, proficiency in Portuguese will be highly regarded
- Have a university degree – a major in French or Education would be an advantage
- Have previous teaching experience, preferably in language education
- Have strong intercultural communication skills
- Be reliable, professional, and have a passion for language education
