An exciting opportunity has emerged for a passionate Spanish Teaching Assistant at our established Language School located in the beautiful city of Guimarães, Portugal. Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging Spanish lessons. They will provide administrative support for the Spanish department and could even be called upon to lead certain classes or workshop sessions. Other duties include creating interactive learning materials, helping to monitor students' progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve their language skills.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Languages, Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a language school setting, is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to engage students and inspire them to learn a new language.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
