Job Description

We are seeking an Education/Teaching Assistant to support the classroom teachers in planning and implementing learning experiences that advance the intellectual and physical development of children. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be developing strong, positive relationships with students, to improve their learning process and academic performance. Your duties will include assisting in planning and preparing classroom activities, observing and documenting children's learning and development, supporting learners using technology and other resources, and collaborating with teaching staff to create an inclusive educational environment.

Job Requirements

The successful applicant will possess a degree in education or related field. Previous experience as a teaching assistant or an equivalent role will be advantageous. Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is essential. We require candidates to have strong communication skills, a patient and encouraging approach, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
