Job Description

As an intern, you will become part of our professional kitchen brigade, working across various sections of the kitchen and learning about ingredient preparation, cooking techniques, presentation skills, and maintaining health and hygiene standards. You will assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to recipes, portioning, preparation, and presentation standards. Participate in acquiring and storing food items to achieve high-quality dishes, and assist with inventory control and managing food cost.

Personal and Professional Requirements

We are looking for passionate individuals who have a strong interest in culinary arts, with an eagerness to learn and develop. You must be currently enrolled in a culinary school or a related field. Demonstrable cooking skills from prior internship, work experience, or a culinary school background is preferred. Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and good time management abilities are paramount.
