Job Description

As an intern, you will be thoroughly immersed in the operations of our wellness centre, getting hands-on experience in a variety of spa and wellness tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

-Assisting in customer service and managing schedules.
-Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facilities.
-Engaging with the therapists and understanding their work dynamics.
-Observing health and safety protocols and procedures.
-Participating in marketing and promotional campaigns.
-Assisting in inventory management and control.
-Understanding and observing the high-standards of in-house protocols.

Requirements

-Pursuing or completed coursework in Hospitality, Health & Wellness, Business, or a related field.
-A strong command of Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
-Good understanding of Health & Wellness industry.
-Initiative and keen attention to detail.
-Willingness to work on weekends.
