Internship Opportunity

We are currently looking for a dedicated, proactive and innovative intern to join our Funchal team in the role of Food and Beverage Intern. This opportunity promises a hands-on experience in the thriving food industry, enabling valuable industry and career insights during the internship period.

Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in managing operations within the food and beverage department.
• Contributing towards menu development and ensuring food hygiene standards are maintained.
• Assisting in maintaining inventories and managing suppliers.
• Researching food and beverage trends and customer preferences.
• Helping to coordinate and manage event catering.
• Working closely with the marketing team on promotional activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Business Management or related fields.
• Passionate about food and beverage industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
