The Opportunity

We're offering an exciting internship opportunity for an Event Management Intern at our Funchal, Portugal branch. This position is ideal for students who are enthusiastic about the event industry and want real-world experience in this dynamic field.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and entertainment.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and run advertising campaigns for events.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices and managing budgets.
- Contribute to post-event evaluation, gathering feedback, and generating reports.

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
