Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating all aspects of an event including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets
• Contribute to event design, production while working closely with the Manager
• Conduct market research to identify event opportunities and understand trends
• Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting
• Propose ideas to improve event quality

Job Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Event Management or similar field
• Possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, reliability, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong event planning skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Superior project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
