Internship Vacancy: Reception / Reservations

Job Description

We are searching for a Reception / Reservations Intern to join our vibrant team. As an intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in handling day-to-day activities in the reception area
- Managing phone calls and customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Taking bookings and ensuring the reservation system is up-to-date, organized, and accurate
- Assisting customers with their needs, queries, and complaints in a helpful and understanding way

Job Requirements

Candidates should posses the following qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or any related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (additional language is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and reservation systems
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- A customer-oriented mindset with high levels of empathy and patience
