Job Description

As a Kitchen/Cook Intern, you will:

- Support in the preparation and cooking of meals according to our chef’s recipes and specifications.
- Measure, mix, and cook ingredients according to recipes, using professional kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Keep kitchen area, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly.
- Ensure all dishes are served in a timely manner, prioritizing food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Support the chef in developing new menus and recipes.
- Effectively communicate and work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

- Be currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a reputable culinary institution.
- Have a strong passion for culinary arts and the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of kitchen processes and procedures.
- Exhibit an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Possess a keen attention to detail and uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
