Job Description:
As an Intern, you will get hands-on experience working in a professional kitchen environment under the direct supervision of our Head Chef. You will be involved in:
- Preparation and cooking of food items.
- Adhering strictly to food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assisting in the planning of menus and dish design.
- Maintaining stocks and supplies in the kitchen.
- Working as part of a team, showing cooperation and mutual respect.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate must:
- Pursuing or holds a degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Possess basic proficiency in cooking and baking, with a passion to learn more.
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow the health and safety guidelines.
- Be able to legally work in Portugal (EU citizenship, VISA, work permit).
