Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and cultural events
• Collaborate with the event management team in ideating and implementing event strategies
• Conduct precipitous vendor negotiations and aid in building wide network with suppliers.
• Work synchronously with the marketing team to amplify event reach and awareness
• Assist in the design and distribution of event promotional materials
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction through efficient event planning and execution

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completion of a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Events Management or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Portuguese will be a plus
• Familiarity with professional software (e.g. planning and finance tools will be an advantage).
• Ability work as part of a team and to work independently under tight deadlines
